Craftmanship

La Vie en Bronze is a studio of artists specializing in making one-of-a-kind bronze pieces in ultra-limited series. Starting with its desire to combine art and decoration, the studio proposes a reputed level of exceptional expertise. Relying on the savoir-faire of traditional master metal sculptors, La Vie en Bronze produces its creations in France and Burkina Faso. Their works come to life thanks, first, to the nimble fingers of the artist-modeler, the ancestral technique known as « lost-wax casting », so fundamentally artisanal in its heritage, gives the alloy its uniquely definitive shape. The bronze sculpture is then ready to be polished, hammered or given a patina… So many finishes that each bring a unique result.
