Message: Caring and Sensitivity
In Province, legend has it that mimosas bloom in winter because they remember the southern hemisphere's seasons. They herald the imminent arrival of spring and the return of the summer sun. They are offered as a sign of delicacy and sensitivity.
In 1788, the famous Captain Cook returned from his around the world adventure and brought with him this bush dubbed “yellow gold”. In the 19th century, it became the darling of the Riviera and colonized the hills of the Tanneron region near Grasse.
As full-bodied as the blossom itself, the fragrance is bountiful, sunny, tender and reassuring. Redolence brimming with straw and honey, scattered up the hillsides with the sea off in the distance.
