Preparing your space

To protect your surfaces, especially if they're delicate (like wood or marble), it's best to place candles on a stand.

Light the candle

Your journey starts here. We recommend lighting your candle with a match to avoid any risk of burning yourself.

Coax out the scent

Do not let the candle burn for more than 2 hours. Never leave a candle unattended. Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets, and away from curtains and any other flammable materials.

Snuff out the flame

Snuff out the flame using a snuffer is recommended to avoid splashing hot wax.

After each use, trim the wick (ideal length: 3 to 5 mm) to avoid the risk of fire and unnecessary smoke. Recenter it with a wick trimmer while the wax is still liquid for optimal burning next time.
