THE DIPTYQUE FOUNDATION
The mission of the Diptyque Foundation is to inspire and cultivate the imagination at the heart of society by supporting artistic creation and environmental initiatives as powerful, transformative forces for the common good.
"Through the Diptyque Foundation, we are helping to build a more creative, compassionate and sustainable future. As a catalyst for emotion and reflection, the Foundation encourages everyone to reconnect with the beauty of the natural world, where art engages in a dialogue with nature to spark the imagination and inspire positive change. This inspiring journey has only just begun."

Initiatives under Mission 1: Protect and Preserve our Botanical Heritage
Muséum National d'Histoire Naturelle
As a benefactor of one of the world’s oldest and most prestigious herbaria, the National Herbarium at the Muséum national d’Histoire naturelle in Paris, the Foundation is helping to preserve and protect its outstanding scientific legacy.
French Academy in Rome – Villa Medici
Keen to support and protect living gardens and remarkable botanical environments that embody Diptyque’s artistic and poetic spirit, the Foundation is now a patron of the French Academy in Rome – Villa Medici and its historic landscape, where art and nature are deeply intertwined. The Foundation is also co-creating a new 'art of gardens' residency.
École Nationale Supérieure de Paysage de Versailles
The Foundation is partnering with the École nationale supérieure de paysage in Versailles to create the École supérieure de jardin, a new centre of excellence dedicated to the art of gardens, with the aim of reviving the long-lost profession of Master Gardener. You can learn more about the programme, admissions and career opportunities on the École’s website.
Jardin Serre de la Madone
The Diptyque Foundation is helping to restore and bring to life a remarkable "Arts and Crafts" garden on the French Riviera: the Serre de la Madone. Home to over 5,000 rare plant species and four national collections, the garden is a living testament to the region’s extraordinary botanical heritage.
