Craftmanship
Desmond Knox-Leet, one of the founders of diptyque, has produced numerous typographic creations and illustrations for the Maison. The diptyque alphabet box is inspired by his ornamental writing: each letter is decorated with a reference to the heritage of the Maison. These decorated letters are affixed on small porcelain boxes made by a master porcelain maker in Portugal, and on postcards, printed in France, for the sweetest of messages.Material
