Created in 2008, Non Sans Raison is a new player on the internationally reputed stage of “porcelain from Limoges”.
This artisanal studio revisits the famous and preciously delicate substance in the production of sublime objects according to the traditional savoir faire of French porcelain manufactures.
Porcelain is a centuries-old raw material that begins its artistic journey as an extra-white Kaolin paste. diptyque worked with Non Sans Raison to reinterpret the Basile pattern for a most original collection of dishware. An emblematic pattern vibrates with graphic-meets-Art Déco energy… discreetly mesmerizing as it basks in the immaculate white of a porcelain unlike all others.
The collection includes a dinner plate, dessert dish, tapas plate and deep, round, serving dish. All lend their uniquely graphic grace to this singular, most noble material, as delicate as it is precious.
