Craftmanship
In the village of Grottaglie, Puglia, a world temple of ceramic splendor, the Fasano family has been carrying out the trades of turning decorators and kilnsmen, and making beautiful ceramic objects for the last eighteen generations. In the utmost respect of artisanal traditions, amphoras, vases, pitchers, tiles and tableware are created in their workshop according to secular savoir-faire handed down from parent to child: the shaping of the object; the first firing-up to progress to the “biscuit” stage; enameling by natural immersion; hand-painting the decorations prior to the final firing-up… The total devotion of the Fasano Ceramiche has crossed the path of La Maison’s palette of colors inspired by the combinations of tissue paper, for three vases that herald in the summer.Material
