diptyqueparis.com online offers free delivery in the United States with all orders. diptyque also offers free returns for any unopened merchandise.


Please allow 24 hour processing, please note that diptyque does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

Delivery with Ground Shipping takes 3-7 working days within the United States. Please note for inventory purposes all purchases placed between December 30th and January 13th will be shipped out after January 13th. 

1. When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email.

2. When your package ships, you will receive an e-mail containing your invoice and an email with your tracking information.

3. To follow the delivery of your order, we invite you to visit UPS.com.

4. You will receive your order, within an estimated time of 3-7 working days (weekends and holidays excluded), with the 2 free samples that you have selected.

When delivering to your address anyone present at the location could recover your package. It is not possible to deliver the package to another address in the case of theft on premises.
In the case of a missed delivery, you will receive an email notification inviting you to pick up your order at a collection point.

Terms of delivery

Shipping costs: diptyque offers complimentary delivery for all orders.
Shipping costs for any express delivery options are calculated at checkout.

Delivery area: The US website supports shipment within the continental United States and major islands. It is possible to select a different delivery country by accessing our international sites at the top left in the web version and at the bottom of the footer in the mobile version.
diptyque is unable to deliver to post boxes.
It is an option to ship your products to your local store via the diptyque site for collection.

Free returns and refunds

Return Policy

Before initiating a return please ensure the items in question meet the following conditions:

- The item was received less than 30 days ago.
- The item has not been opened. For your convenience with each fragrance order you receive a corresponding trial sample. Learn more.
- Your product is still in its original condition and packaging.

If you notice that one of your products has a defect or that it has been damaged, we invite you to follow the return process by mentioning the reason of the corresponding return on the form as well as by filling the box "I wish a replacement of my item "to receive a new copy of this product or be refunded.

We encourage you to specify on the form any information that could help us understand the reason for your return or the defect you found on the returned product.

If you wish to carry out the return of an electric diffuser, we invite you to contact directly our customer service team who will provide next steps. Please note that all online orders cannot be returned in store. 

Return process

To make a return, we invite you to follow the following process:

1. Enter the return form attached to your order.
2. Indicate on the header your order number, your contact information and the name of each item returned and the quantity and reason for your return.
3. Prepare your package, placing the form inside.
Please note that packages that do not contain the return form will have a longer processing time.
4. Contact customer service for your pre-paid return label.
5. Place the return label provided on your package.
6. Go to your nearest UPS location to drop off your package.

Refunds apply to unopened merchandise and will appear on the original card within 7 working days of the receipt of your package.
Once your refund has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation by email. Depending on your bank, the refunded amount will appear on your card within 7 working days following recipt of returned merchandise at the warehouse.

Cancellations and Exchanges

If you wish to cancel your order please reach out to customer service and initiate the process.
Exchanges can be requested for unopened items. Please reach out to customer service to inititate the process.
diptyque honors exchanges for damaged or defective products. Please reach out to customer service to initiate the process.
