The house of Arpin has specialised in wool spinning since its foundation in the Savoie region of France in 1817. Today, the machines it uses are protected as part of the French national heritage. Arpin is one of the few remaining companies to use raw fleeces for the weaving and manufacturing of ready-made and made-to-measure products, handing down and preserving this rare and ancient skill from generation to generation. For diptyque, Arpin has created throws, cushions and a throw holder made of natural leather.
